Though a graduate of computer science and having started with a career in coding, ventured into Human Resources and dealt with banking and financial companies. On the personal front mother of 2, avid marathoner. Completed 10 half marathons, love reading

My firm Avenues Consulting has been 13 years into recruitment empanelled with top MNCs Like Price Waterhouse Cooper, Deloitte, HDFC, Star Plus, Edelweiss to name a few. We have been rated as among top 3 consultants pan India by Deloitte. Our latest venture On the Job helps students connect to the corporate world through a series of Video Interviews , Corporate Interface Cells and Industrial Visits
Say something about your beginning
As women we have to grab opportunities that come our way instead of planning our career. Though I wanted to be a software engineer and work with Microsoft and Googles of the world, I realized a 2/3 year break and the software world zoomed past you. So got into HR realizing I had a love for people and loved studying and researching Job Profiles

I love my job as i have been able to touch many lives by giving people the right careers first by recruitment and now by counselling
